Що робити
- Develop and execute a portfolio-wide Billing strategy focused on revenue growth, payment efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive improvements in payment approval rates, subscription conversion, revenue recovery, and processing costs through data-driven experimentation.
- Own the development and optimization of our web subscription billing infrastructure, including payment orchestration, transaction routing, recurring payments, and retry strategies.
- Manage integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment gateways, and acquiring banks, including identifying new partners and coordinating technical implementation.
- Establish effective monitoring of key Billing KPIs, including payment performance, fraud and risk metrics, chargebacks, and processing expenses.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Payments, Billing, Payment Operations, or Payment Product Management, including experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, ideally within B2C digital products.
- Hands-on experience with payment processing, merchant accounts, payment gateways, acquiring banks, and payment orchestration platforms.
