Що робити
- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
- Turn business and operational needs into clear PRDs and requirements for engineering.
- Design multi-provider SMS infrastructure: provider integrations, routing, throughput management, route monitoring, and automatic failover.
- Build contact management and SMS compliance into the platform, including consent, opt-outs, suppression lists, quiet hours, TCPA, CTIA, and 10DLC requirements.
- Design campaign automation: segmentation, triggers, scheduling, frequency capping, prioritization, and throttling.
Що очікуємо
- Strong experience with SMS infrastructure, messaging platforms, or high-volume SMS operations, ideally in the US market.
- Deep understanding of the SMS delivery chain, providers/aggregators, routing, carriers, deliverability, and DLRs.
- Knowledge of 10DLC, Toll-Free, Short Codes, throughput limits, carrier filtering, and failover logic.
- Understanding of US SMS compliance, including TCPA, CTIA, consent management, STOP/HELP, suppression, and quiet hours.
- Experience working with messaging APIs and multiple SMS providers.
