- Support clients in achieving the best possible results using the platform.
- Provide quick and accurate responses to clients' inquiries.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date FAQ knowledge base to make sure all repeating questions are addressed in the FAQ articles.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members to enhance results and share pain points and scale best practices.
