• Own the performance measurement infrastructure at Ideals for the long term and become the company’s foremost expert on how business performance is measured, tracked, and improved
• Create and improve scorecards, dashboards, and reporting views in Google Sheets and other available tools
• Work with large and complex datasets, validate calculations, identify inconsistencies, and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Translate business measurement needs into structured logic, reporting requirements, and scalable tracking solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand metrics, performance drivers, and reporting expectations
