Be the Bridge: Act as the primary link between European clients and our development team — calls, requirements, and difficult conversations included.
Lead Discovery: Dive deep into the client’s business, conduct requirements and discovery sessions, identify the “pains” that our software can solve.
Design the Logic: Transform vague client wishes into clear User Stories, process maps, and functional requirements that the team can act on.
Own the Backlog: Prioritize tasks and ensure the development team always has a clear roadmap across 2–3 projects simultaneously.
Run Grooming Sessions: Break down features, clarify scope, and remove ambiguity before it reaches the developers.

Experience: 3+ years as a BA in outsourcing or consulting, working directly with development teams.
Communication: Fluent English for direct, real-time collaboration with international clients.
Technical Intuition: Ability to understand technical constraints and explain them clearly to a client.
Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban — in practice, not just on paper.
The Toolbox: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, BPMN/UML.
