Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements across the full product lifecycle.
Requirements Transform & Specification: Translate business needs into clear specifications, Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation for development teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with Product Manager, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Delivery & Implementation Support: Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and iteration planning together with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of development cycles.
Documentation & Process Structuring: Structure and maintain clear documentation of business processes, decisions, workflows, and requirements, ensuring information is reusable, up-to-date, and accessible for all teams.

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development.
Web3 & Fintech Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto-fintech products, blockchain concepts, and digital assets, with the ability to work effectively in complex Web3 environments.
Technical Transform Skills: Ability to transform complex technical and blockchain-related concepts into clear, structured business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agile Product Delivery: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Soft Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
