Що робити

• ✦ Run discovery: gather and validate requirements, build user scenarios, work with wireframes/Figma, and support the development of company product services
• ✦ Own backlog management, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and change requests
• ✦ Formulate project documentation: SRS, DoD, RACI, roadmap, supplementary artifacts, and diagrams
• ✦ Lead client communication with US/EU accounts, push back when needed, participate in pre-sales, and spot upsell opportunities
• ✦ Coordinate budgets, billing cadence, weekly client invoices, resource planning, and financial forecasting for client portfolios
