- ✦ Run discovery: gather and validate requirements, build user scenarios, work with wireframes/Figma, and support the development of company product services
- ✦ Own backlog management, feature prioritization, sprint planning, and change requests
- ✦ Formulate project documentation: SRS, DoD, RACI, roadmap, supplementary artifacts, and diagrams
- ✦ Lead client communication with US/EU accounts, push back when needed, participate in pre-sales, and spot upsell opportunities
- ✦ Coordinate budgets, billing cadence, weekly client invoices, resource planning, and financial forecasting for client portfolios
Що пропонуємо
- ✦ GTM (Go-To-Market) experience
- ✦ Experience in design-heavy projects or creative direction workflows
- ✦ Background in outstaffing or agency environments
