- Collect and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Create clear and detailed BA documentation (specifications, diagrams, test cases, etc.)
- Facilitate effective communication between the client and development/design teams
- Participate in client meetings, support workshops, and clarify scope and expectations
- Assist the team in maintaining product vision and aligning it with business goals
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical education
- Solid experience in creating BA deliverables: functional specifications and BRD/PRD, use cases, UML diagrams, acceptance test plans
- Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
Що пропонуємо
- Experience working on Web3 projects (e.g., DeFi, NFT platforms, smart contract-based products)
- Experience in writing technical documentation
- Experience conducting Discovery phases and gathering comprehensive requirements
- Understanding of APIs and integration flows
