- Strong communication skills — ability to clearly explain complex concepts, proactively initiate dialogue, facilitate discussions, and elicit hidden or unspoken requirements from stakeholders
- Understanding of business-to-technical requirements transformation — decomposing business requirements into functional specs, formulating technical and operational requirements, identifying "hidden" requirements from stakeholder conversations and documentation
- ✅ Should Have
- 3+ years of BA experience in relevant projects (enterprise IT, B2B, public sector) with a proven track record in requirements gathering, formalization, and system modeling from concept to implementation
- Knowledge of modeling notations — C4, DFD, EPC, BPMN, UML, ERD, DMN, CMMN and confident use of diagramming tools (draw.io)
