- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding.
- Drive product adoption and ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Coordinate with product, support, and tech teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B client-facing roles.
- Experience in fintech, credit scoring, risk analytics, fraud prevention or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of API-based products and data-driven solutions (technical literacy is important).
- Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
