Indigo is a Roblox growth operator with experience across 350+ games. We partner with creators to operate and grow their games.
We are looking for an Account Lead to own the operating side of a large Roblox game portfolio. You will lead the account management function, keep portfolio operations moving, and help ensure games are onboarded and supported well.
What you’ll do • Own operating health and revenue performance across a large portfolio of games. • Lead current account managers and build additional team capacity as the portfolio grows. • Ensure round-the-clock coverage of creator and manager conversations, with prompt responses and clear ownership. • Make sure new games are onboarded well and every owner has a clear day-to-day contact. • Coordinate creators, managers, and Indigo teams working on game updates and improvements. • Organize focused groups around priority games so teams can refresh, improve, and ship work. • Keep workflows, deadlines, and follow-through under control across the portfolio.
This is a senior operating role, close to running the COO side of a portfolio business. You will work closely with Indigo leadership and teams across game operations, analytics, monetization, and player acquisition.
What you’ll bring • 5+ years of experience leading account management or operational teams in a high-volume, multi-account environment. • Experience building reliable processes and coordinating cross-functional work.
