• 3+ years designing marketing sites and landing pages that converted — not concepts.
• You design for the funnel: hero clarity, trust signals, form friction, CTA hierarchy, mobile-first (most of our traffic is mobile).
• Able to build and publish pages yourself in Webflow or Framer — near-mandatory, since speed is the bottleneck we’re solving.
• Solid HTML/CSS literacy: you can inspect a live page and fix small drift without a developer.
