We’re looking for a Brand & Web Designer to work with us part-time on the complete rebranding and website redesign of two technology companies:
* A software development & IT services company providing outsourcing and outstaffing services
* An AI recruitment startup building an AI-powered hiring platform
You’ll work closely with our in-house Marketing Manager, CEO, and Sales team.
This is not just a UI/UX role. We’re looking for someone who can help us rethink how both companies look and feel — from the overall brand identity and creative direction to the websites and everyday marketing materials.
What you’ll work on
* Complete visual refresh / rebranding of both companies
* Creative direction and visual concepts for each brand
* Full website redesign for both companies
* Website UX/UI and visual storytelling
* Typography, colors, graphic language, illustrations, icons, and other brand elements
* Brand guidelines and reusable design systems
* Landing pages for different products, services, and campaigns
* Sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other sales materials
* Social media and marketing creatives
* Collaboration with developers during website implementation
* Ongoing design support as both brands evolve
How we’ll work
You’ll be part of a small internal team rather than working in isolation.
Our Marketing Manager, CEO, and Sales team will provide business context, positioning, customer insights, content, and commercial direction.
We expect you to bring the creative and visual side — turning those inputs into strong concepts, distinctive brands, and polished digital experiences.
What we’re looking for
Your portfolio is the most important part of your application.
We’re looking for someone with:
* A strong portfolio combining branding and web design
* Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
* Ability to create original visual concepts rather than generic SaaS templates
* Strong typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills
* Experience taking a brand concept and translating it into a complete website
* Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with marketing, sales, management, and developers
Experience with technology, SaaS, AI, or startup brands is a plus.
Motion design, Webflow, Framer, or similar experience is also a plus, but not required.
