We are looking for a VP of Finance to lead the operational management of the finance department and optimize accounting and analytical processes (work format: office, Lviv).

What you will be doing:
Direct the operational activities of accounting, HR/personnel records, treasury, and controlling functions (team of 20+ members).
Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and production cost accounting systems.
Ensure timely period closes and financial statement preparation in compliance with NASU and IFRS.
Manage working capital, cash flows, liquidity, and bank relations including credit facilities.
Optimize financial processes, internal controls, and procedures to align accounting, analytics, and treasury.
Oversee interactions with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
5+ years of experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or VP of Finance in the manufacturing sector.
Proven management track record in companies with 200+ employees and managing teams of 20+ people.
Successful experience in automating financial accounting through ERP implementations (Odoo, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.).
Deep knowledge of manufacturing accounting (cost calculation, WIP, variance analysis) and NASU/IFRS standards.
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team-building skills with high resilience under tight deadlines.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English for fluent business communication.
Will be an advantage:
International professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
Work experience in the MilTech, defense, machinery, or electronics manufacturing industries.
Hands-on experience in securing bank financing, leasing, and trade finance instruments.
