Що робити
- Provide full-cycle legal oversight for assigned projects, including content shows, digital media initiatives, and new incoming ventures from inception through execution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international commercial agreements, including production deals, sponsorship contracts, influencer agreements, and vendor/NDAs.
- Ensure intellectual property protection, copyright clearance, and portrait/image rights for all project-related media assets.
- Review project materials, scripts, and promotional campaigns to ensure compliance with international advertising standards, data privacy laws, and local consumer protection regulations.
- Partner closely with internal production, marketing, and finance teams to resolve cross-departmental tasks, align legal review speed with production timelines, and support preparation for negotiations.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral, written, legal).
- 2+ year of professional experience.
- Solid knowledge of Intellectual Property law, including copyright protection and digital content clearances.
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
