Що робити
- Monitor and analyze individual and team sales performance
- Identify performance gaps and create action plans for improvement
- Develop and implement performance management processes and KPIs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Work closely with VIP Managers to improve sales and retention results
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management, Team Leadership, Sales Coaching, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics
- Experience building and improving performance management systems
- Understanding of sales, retention, and customer lifecycle management
- Experience working with client-facing teams
