Що робити
- Personally manage and close selected high-potential B2B opportunities;
- Run intro calls, discovery calls, commercial discussions, and negotiations;
- Sell discovery phases, MVPs, custom software development, dedicated teams, outstaffing, and AI-related services;
- Coach sales managers on deal strategy, follow-ups, proposals, objection handling, and communication;
- Review CRM pipeline, deal stages, next steps, and follow-up quality;
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, consulting, or technology;
- Proven ability to close complex international B2B deals;
- Strong understanding of custom software development sales;
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management;
- Ability to mentor and support other sales managers;
