  • Define and execute the overall sales and go-to-market strategy aligned with the company strategy
  • Build, structure, and scale an outbound-driven B2B sales organization
  • Own revenue planning, pipeline health, forecasting, and KPI achievement
  • Design and implement sales systems: CRM, analytics, reporting, scripts, playbooks
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and develop sales managers and sales reps
