Що робити

  • Build and structure the sales department in line with the company's commercial strategy
  • Develop and execute a sales plan focused on market expansion and revenue growth
  • Hire, onboard, and manage a sales team; set KPIs and ensure performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the product/development team to align on priorities
  • Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline development to deal closure

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming
  • Proven experience in sales management or B2B/B2C sales
  • Experience working in iGaming markets (regulated, gray, or both). You know how business actually works where you operate
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a commercial strategy
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
