About the project NC1 builds business systems for companies: we implement AI solutions, automate processes, and deliver web development projects. We’re redesigning our company website and are looking for a designer who will own the visual side from concept to final layouts.
You’ll define the overall visual concept, design the pages, create custom graphics and illustrations, and prepare clean, structured Figma files ready for handoff to a developer. Final copy is still in progress, so you’ll work with placeholder text at the start.
The first page and concept are due by mid-November, followed by weekly progress reviews.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience designing websites, with a portfolio that shows it.
Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and developer-ready files.
The ability to work independently: propose solutions, make design decisions, and explain the reasoning behind them.
Experience designing multilingual or B2B/IT company websites is a plus.
Brand identity or brand book experience is a big plus. We also need a brand book and would be glad to have one designer handle both.
Experience with SCRUM methodology is a plus.
