About us We’re a small product team behind a Christian mobile app for daily Bible reading and prayer, available on iOS and Android. Our main market is the US. The app is live and runs on a subscription model. We’re now building an organic growth channel through UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and we’re looking for the person who will own it.
About the role You’ll build and run our creator program: find and sign UGC creators, brief them, review their videos and grow the app’s organic reach through their content. The best-performing videos may also be used in paid ads. We expect you to bring your own approach to sourcing, pricing and content, not just follow ours.
What you’ll do
Source, vet and sign UGC creators, mostly US-based (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Negotiate rates, deal terms and usage rights; manage contracts and calculate creator payouts
Run test rounds with new creators and decide who stays
Write content briefs based on niche research and content performance
Review every video and give creators clear, specific feedback
Track which creators, hooks and formats bring views and installs, and plan the next round around that
Spot videos with potential for paid ads
Keep the creator pipeline organized as it grows
What we’re looking for
1+ year of hands-on experience managing UGC creators for a mobile app or a DTC brand
Strong understanding of short-form video: hooks, structure, and why some videos work while others don’t
A data-driven approach: you base decisions on niche and content analysis and on in-app user data (e.g. AppsFlyer), not on gut feeling
Hands-on experience with modern tools for sourcing, tracking and content analysis
English: B1 or higher
Clear, friendly and to-the-point communication
Comfortable working with Christian content
Nice to have
Experience with faith-based, wellness or other subscription apps
Experience building automations for routine work (sourcing, outreach, tracking)
