- Own and improve VoIP, SIP, SMS, email and WhatsApp communication infrastructure
- Configure and maintain providers such as Twilio, Vonage, Voximplant and similar platforms
- Design and optimize inbound/outbound call routing, IVR, transfers, recordings and business-hour logic
- Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and WebSockets
- Troubleshoot production issues across telephony and messaging channels
