Що робити
- ✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (job intake, sourcing, interviews, offer, onboarding)
- ✅ Partner with Engineering and Hiring Managers to deeply understand project requirements and technical stacks (candidate profiles)
- ✅ Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, etc.)
- ✅ Organize and conduct structured interviews, including technical screening and cultural fit assessments
- ✅ Drive proactive talent research and market mapping in the Polish IT recruitment market
Що очікуємо
- 🔹 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house, IT focus)
- 🔹 Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- 🔹 Ability to understand technical roles (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Network Engineer) and quickly grasp new technologies to identify suitable candidates
- 🔹 Proven experience in structured technical interviews, contributing to fair and consistent selection decisions
- 🔹 Advanced sourcing expertise, including direct search and Boolean techniques, to proactively build strong talent pipelines
