Що робити
- Source and recruit software engineers throughout Ukraine.
- Proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' experience, technical background, communication skills, availability, and expectations.
- Recruit Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack, DevOps/Cloud, QA, Data, and AI/ML Engineers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Що очікуємо
- Previous experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Technical Sourcer.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting software engineers.
- Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT talent market.
- Strong LinkedIn and direct-sourcing skills.
- Basic understanding of software engineering roles and technologies.
