- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Source technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
- Assess candidates’ experience, technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical or IT recruitment.
- Understanding of common technical roles, skills, and terminology.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and LinkedIn.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience recruiting Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Data/AI specialists, or other technical professionals.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with an ATS or recruitment CRM.
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
- Understanding of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
