- Screen buyers by the numbers, verifying cases, spend, and campaigns against our checklists before a candidate reaches the Head.
- Run candidates through the full hiring funnel while holding a reply-within-2-business-days SLA at every stage.
- Present the offer, walking candidates through our open buyer bonus formula and why a transparent calculation beats a vague percentage.
- Build employer brand in the niche through the careers page, vacancy texts, and presence in industry communities.
Що очікуємо
- At least 2 years of recruiting in affiliate, iGaming, or traffic niches, where affiliate marketing means driving paid traffic to partner offers for a share of the revenue.
- Your own network among buyers and a grasp of compensation structures built on a fixed salary plus a percentage of profit.
- The ability to run several roles in parallel without letting communication quality slip.
- Enough industry fluency to ask a buyer pointed questions about their numbers and notice where the answers do not hold up.
