- Own and maintain the platform backlog — keep it structured, prioritised and continuously ready for development.
- Work closely with Product Managers and domain owners across VIP, Payments, Casino, Sportsbook, CRM and other product areas to understand their needs.
- Challenge vague or incomplete requests, ask the right questions and identify the actual business requirement behind the initial ask.
- Break larger initiatives into clear, manageable and deliverable features.
- Write detailed user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria that developers can work from without ambiguity.
Що очікуємо
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role working directly with software development teams.
- Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent requirements-gathering and analytical skills — you can turn a business request into a clear, buildable solution.
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate comfortably with developers, understand system dependencies, limitations and integrations.
