- Analyze client business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Conduct Product Discovery, Benchmark Research, and Business Research
- Analyze competitors, markets, and successful digital products
- Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and project documentation
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers on clickable prototypes and product hypothesis validation
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
- Hands-on experience with Product Discovery, requirements gathering, and competitor/market research
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions, not just document requirements
- Experience with User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in an outsourcing company and/or presales
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML
- Experience with Customer Journey Maps, User Flows, or Product Vision
- Experience with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, Figma AI, or similar
