SaaS Architecture & Platform Documentation: Audit existing collateral to identify missing SaaS documentation assets. Define content structures, standardized templates, and target artifacts covering multi-tenancy models, tenant lifecycle workflows, and cloud architecture references.
Cybersecurity & Information Security Governance: Evaluate existing security processes against modern B2B SaaS operational standards. Define target security controls, threat modeling guidelines, tenant data isolation standards, and DevSecOps processes in collaboration with security teams.
SaaS Operations & Service Readiness: Assess current operational setups against the ITIL-4 framework and the Azure Well-Architected Framework. Establish target processes for continuous deployment, automated disaster recovery, platform monitoring, and incident response.
Legal, Contracts & Compliance Alignment: Partner with customer legal and risk teams to analyze technical/procedural gaps. Ensure the platform complies with regional regulatory frameworks, specifically GDPR, the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and NIS2.
Customer Support & Post-Launch Readiness: Structure the multi-tiered customer support model (L1/L2/L3 support tiers), define escalation paths, and build preliminary SRE indicator frameworks, including Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

We are seeking a Senior BA/PO to lead the operational readiness, compliance, and governance frameworks required to transition a digital twin platform into a high-scale B2B SaaS offering.
Working alongside our Solution Architect, you will focus on building the non-technical foundation of our SaaS operating model—including service management, cybersecurity alignment, regulatory compliance, and post-launch support structures.
