We are looking for an SEO Team Lead with a business mindset. This role is for someone who has already led an SEO direction in iGaming on Tier-1 markets and is ready to be accountable not for rankings, but for business results: traffic, revenue, and portfolio growth.
You will define the strategy, build and develop the team, make decisions, and take responsibility for them.
Your key responsibilities
Strategy and results: Full ownership of the SEO direction and the achievement of business goals on Tier-1 markets.
Research and growth: Analyze competitors, find growth opportunities, launch and scale new projects, and test SEO hypotheses.
Link building: Build the link building strategy and processes, and control donor quality and link equity transfer.
Reaction to updates: Analyze the impact of Google updates, quickly adjust strategy, and recover projects that have lost traffic.
AI and automation: Implement AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, and others) in the team’s processes to speed up work and scale.
What we expect
Experience: 3-4+ years in SEO, including at least 2 years in iGaming. Experience as a Team Lead, Head of SEO, or a similar role with responsibility for results and people is a plus.
Case studies: Proven successful cases on Tier-1: traffic and revenue growth, launching and scaling projects, and recovery after updates.
Business mindset: You evaluate SEO through money and business growth, not only through search rankings.
Independence and accountability: You make decisions without constant supervision, justify your strategy, and are not afraid to answer for the outcome.
Results orientation: You work toward a goal and know how to bring tasks to a measurable effect.
Tech stack: Confident use of Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC; understanding of WordPress and technical SEO.
AI-native: Experience applying AI tools in SEO processes.
Hands-on approach: Willingness to dive into details personally, not just delegate.
