- Adjust and define the SCRUM process in the team, following shift-left and other best practices on the market, by prioritizing the SDLC speed. With a product-oriented mindset.
- Coaching. Continuously evolve the soft and hard skills of the team.
- Develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core).
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Що очікуємо
- Leading by example style of leadership, and experience leading SCRUM teams
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET.
- Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, and C#.
- Strong experience with relational databases, especially MS SQL or PostgreSQL, and ORM tools.
- Hands-on experience with designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.
