Gravira is a product iGaming company building and scaling its own product for Tier-1 markets, with Canada as our key focus. We move fast, communicate directly, and value ownership over bureaucracy. We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take real ownership of hiring and grow together with the company.
Why This Role Exists
We’re expanding the Talent team and looking for someone who can independently manage assigned vacancies, move candidates through the process quickly, and improve the way we hire. You’ll work directly with the Head of Talent and gradually take ownership of full-cycle recruitment. Initial focus:
Media Buying
Customer Support
Payment Operations
Other middle-level Product/Marketing roles
What You’ll Own
sourcing and cold outreach;
CV screening;
recruiter interviews;
candidate assessment and recommendations;
communication with candidates and Hiring Managers;
pipeline management in PeopleForce;
follow-ups and next-step control;
building talent pools;
testing new sourcing channels and approaches;
using AI and automation to reduce routine work.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
1.5-2 + years of experience in recruitment at a product company;
knows how to search on LinkedIn/Djinni/Dou/Telegram;
provided intros and interviews;
is comfortable with cold outreach;
is proactive and doesn’t wait for reminders;
can manage several vacancies at once;
communicates clearly and directly;
pays attention to details;
can take feedback and quickly adjust;
wants to grow fast in the Talent Acquisition area;
has English at B2+ level.
