What you’ll do:
Manage Apple hardware: Set up Macs for the team, manage user access, and keep devices secure.
Maintain infrastructure: Monitor internal Linux/Ubuntu servers and handle network setups (VPN, SSH).
Automate stuff: Write handy scripts (Bash/Zsh/Python) to handle routine tasks.
Support the team: Help colleagues set up their work environments and tackle day-to-day tech glitches.
What we’re looking for:
Solid macOS knowledge (hardware and software troubleshooting).
A good foundation in Linux/Unix (terminal, permissions, processes).
Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
Ability to write simple scripts in Bash, Zsh, or Python.
English level sufficient for reading technical docs.
Bonus points for: Experience with Apple Business Manager/MDM (Jamf, Kandji), Git, or Docker.
