Що робити

  • Supporting Customers with product-specific issues over the zoom/email/ticketing system.
  • Preparation, planning, and consulting with the Customers in regard to the deployment of the product.
  • Installation of the product in cooperation with the Customers.
  • Customer training in regard to the proper deployment/configuration and usage of the product.
  • Consulting with the Customers in terms of potential issues in the Customer environment that could impact the proper functionality of the product.

Що очікуємо

  • 5+ years of experience working with Windows
  • 3+ years of experience in network infrastructures
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux
  • Experience with VMware or similar tools
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
