Що робити
- Register and maintain agents' work schedules in the CRM system.
- Monitor agents' performance in real time by providing live operational support (“second-chair” assistance).
- Ensure team discipline and compliance with established performance standards.
- Configure and prepare audio prompts and recordings for automated communications and dialer systems.
- Monitor missed interactions and take action to recover lost traffic and missed opportunities.
Що очікуємо
- Must-have:
- At least 1 year of experience in collections or debt recovery.
- Experience working with CRM systems, dialers, and messaging platforms such as Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp.
- Experience monitoring team discipline and compliance with performance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, respond quickly, and maintain a structured approach.
Що пропонуємо
- Previous experience as a Collections Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Collection Agent.
- Experience supervising remote or distributed teams.
- Experience working with automated communication systems and dialers.
- Background in microfinance, fintech, or online lending.
