What you’ll do:
Generate new leads: Test outbound and inbound approaches, measure what works and double down on it.
Build the inbound funnel: Understand our target audience, map how they find and evaluate us, and optimize the website to meet their needs.
Grow our visibility in search and AI: Run SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, and find new content opportunities, so Talkable is discovered and well represented on search engines and AI-driven platforms.
Work closely with Sales: Hand over qualified leads, learn what converts, and feed it back into your next experiments.
Run experiments end-to-end: Write the hypothesis, set up the test, measure everything and report what you learned.
Build your own agents for research, content, testing and reporting.
What we look for:
A strong head for numbers, and a fascination with what they mean for marketing. You're comfortable with data, statistics and spreadsheets, whether from your studies, a side project or a first job.
Proof that you build and grow things. Show us something you've built, or a side project you tried to grow and what happened.
You know growth marketing and its tools. Google Analytics, Google Ads and keyword tools, plus on-page and off-page SEO.
Daily work with AI tools and agents, including SEO research, competitor analysis and content optimization, and the habit of checking their output before you use it.
Ambition and curiosity. You learn fast, take feedback well and want ownership.
Upper-intermediate or advanced English, written and spoken, for an international team and English-language campaigns.
Nice to have: pet projects you've launched; vibe-coding apps, sites or tools with AI; a genuine love for AI and the newest models; interest in e-commerce or referral marketing; experience with the US market.
