🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sportsbook Manager to take ownership of sportsbook operations, integrations, and product development within our B2B iGaming platform. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end setup, configuration, and launch of Sportsbook solutions for new casino brands, ensuring a seamless betting experience across different markets. The role combines product management, technical coordination, and operational expertise. You’ll work closely with sportsbook providers, trading and risk teams, developers, and brand stakeholders to manage integrations, optimize betting configurations, resolve operational issues, and continuously improve sportsbook performance. We’re looking for a proactive, technically minded specialist with a strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, who can take ownership of complex integrations, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive the evolution of our sportsbook offering.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Lead the end-to-end configuration, setup, and rollout of Sportsbook solutions for newly launched brands on the platform.
Configure margin profiles, betting limits, sports catalogs, tournaments, and market offerings tailored to each brand’s target regions.
Manage sportsbook front-end layout, feeds, widgets, and promotional banners in collaboration with brand teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for B2B sportsbook providers, data feed suppliers, and streaming partners.
Assist in evaluating new product features, integrations, and commercial/technical expansion opportunities.
Monitor vendor SLAs, coordinate software updates/releases, and handle escalations (e.g., settlement disputes, feed latency, event cancellations).
Act as the internal subject matter expert on sports betting for product, development, customer support, marketing, and compliance teams.
Troubleshoot operational incidents, bet settlement issues, odds discrepancies, and API integration failures.
Partner with fraud and trading risk teams to configure automated limit profiles and mitigate suspicious betting activities.
Monitor market trends and collect feedback from partner brands to shape the platform’s sportsbook product backlog.
Define functional requirements and write technical tasks for engineering teams (e.g., sports bonus engines, gamification, UI/UX localization).
👤 Our criteria:
2–3+ years of experience as a Sportsbook Operations Manager, Sportsbook Product Manager, or Integration Specialist within an iGaming platform, B2B provider, or operator.
In-depth understanding of sportsbook mechanics: odds compilation, live trading, bet settlement lifecycle, liability limits, and margin control.
Hands-on experience configuring and launching third-party sportsbook software.
Technical proficiency to liaise with engineering teams (understanding APIs, payloads, error codes, and logs) and translate technical issues into business impact.
Strong knowledge of regional sports preferences and player behaviors across key markets.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills for day-to-day engagement with global partners.
Nice to have
Proven track record of launching sportsbook brands from scratch.
Working knowledge of SQL and BI reporting tools to monitor turnover, GGR, margin stability, and player retention.
Hands-on experience setting up sports promo engines (free bets, accumulator boosts, cashouts, betting tournaments)
