- You will collaborate with a globally inclusive cross-functional team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- You will act as a subject matter expert on one or more ServiceNow products and the value they offer to the network of firms.
- You will provide guidance and support to development teams and customers aligning requirements to baseline product usage, minimizing customization.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementer, Solution Architect, or technical architect.
- Relevant certifications and training.
- Advanced skills in one or more ServiceNow products.
- Preference for fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Customer centric mindset.
