• Engineering Unit Ideation & Execution: Generate, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge Physical AI use cases. You will own the technical roadmap for our prototypes, ensuring we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in the physical realm.
• Pre-Sales & Client Architecture: Partner with business development to review client requirements, architect end-to-end Physical AI solutions, and present the technical vision directly to customers. You will support the critical transition from a signed contract to a launched project.
• Technical Review & Mentorship: Act as the ultimate technical authority for the Engineering Unit. You will review code, evaluate architecture diagrams, ensure high engineering standards, and guide junior developers as the team grows.
• Internal Networking & Knowledge Sharing: Connect with technical leaders and capabilities across the company to leverage existing expertise. You will keep your finger on the pulse of global AI/ML advancements, ensuring our Engineering Unit always uses the latest, most efficient technologies.
• Hands-on AI/ML Development: Maintain a strong development presence. You will design and implement the software glue, agentic workflows, and ML models that allow digital brains to interact with physical sensors, actuators, and industrial systems.
