First-line investigation and diagnosis of tracking issues reported by campaign specialists, including performance drops, data mismatches, broken links, and missing events — including liaising with Ad Partner/MMP support
Reproducing ad journeys across app and web to identify where data breaks in the funnel
Testing and debugging tracking links and setups
Responding to automated integration health alerts (Branch connections to Meta, Google Ads, and other partners) and investigating flagged disconnections or data gaps. Where monitoring is not yet automated, manually checking integration health on a regular schedule
Supporting non-PMKT teams with deeplink tracking questions and forwarding the self-serve link creation tool when requests come in Routine SDK and datalayer validation across markets, including pre- and post release checks for critical releases

Working knowledge of mobile attribution and MMP platforms (Branch preferred)
Familiar with Firebase, GTM, and GA4 app tracking ecosystems
Comfortable working with Xcode/Android Studio to debug mobile app behaviour and tracing events through the tracking pipeline (Branch and Firebase SDKs mainly)
Ability to read and interpret ad platform tracking configurations for Apps (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Clear communication with channel specialists and owners who are non-technical
