Що робити

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake to offer.
  • Build sourcing strategies for complex and niche vacancies.
  • Own sourcing strategy for difficult and non-standard vacancies: map the market, identify hidden talent pools, test different outreach approaches, and adjust the search based on results.
  • Source and approach candidates in Ukraine, Poland and Bulgaria.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate experience, motivation, communication, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
