Що робити

Analyse Salesforce requests and production issues, run initial troubleshooting before escalating to the development team
Determine whether an issue sits at configuration, data, integration or custom development level
Work hands-on with Salesforce configuration and independently handle configuration-level issues
Work with Flows, objects and fields, validation rules, permissions, queues, assignment and routing rules, reports and dashboards
Communicate directly with stakeholders, clarify incoming requests and set realistic expectations before involving engineering

Що очікуємо

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Strong configuration background: Flows, objects, fields, validation rules, profiles and permission sets, queues, assignment logic, reports and dashboards
Production troubleshooting experience
