- Analyse Salesforce requests and production issues, run initial troubleshooting before escalating to the development team
- Determine whether an issue sits at configuration, data, integration or custom development level
- Work hands-on with Salesforce configuration and independently handle configuration-level issues
- Work with Flows, objects and fields, validation rules, permissions, queues, assignment and routing rules, reports and dashboards
- Communicate directly with stakeholders, clarify incoming requests and set realistic expectations before involving engineering
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong configuration background: Flows, objects, fields, validation rules, profiles and permission sets, queues, assignment logic, reports and dashboards
- Production troubleshooting experience
