- ● Configure and enhance Salesforce based on Sales and Marketing requirements.
- ● Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- ● Support CRM strategy, implementation, and solution design.
- ● Create and modify custom fields, objects, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.
- ● Improve sales processes, including opportunity stages, pipelines, funnels, and lead management.
Що очікуємо
- ● 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- ● Strong experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation.
- ● Experience translating Sales and Marketing requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- ● Strong understanding of CRM processes, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and campaigns.
- ● Experience building reports and dashboards and working with business stakeholders on reporting requirements.
