Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Consultant to help our client implement Agentforce for their Revenue team. The project is configuration-focused — primarily Flows, Prompt Builder and agent setup rather than heavy custom code. You will work side by side with the Revenue Operations team to turn business requirements into working Salesforce solutions.
What will you do?
Design, configure and implement Agentforce agents to cover the Revenue team’s use cases.
Build and enhance Flows, Prompt Builder prompts and related Sales Cloud configuration.
Work directly with Revenue Operations stakeholders to review requirements, refine scope and collect testing feedback.
Implement AI-generated summaries and extraction of structured CRM data from calls and emails.
Configure activity relationships, custom objects and opportunity lifecycle logic in line with business processes.
Test, troubleshoot and iterate on solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
Walk the client’s internal Salesforce admin through the changes to ensure smooth support and handover.
What are we looking for?
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Flow and Sales Cloud.
Solid understanding of B2B sales and RevOps processes, including opportunity lifecycle management.
Ability to communicate directly with Revenue Operations stakeholders and translate business requirements into Salesforce configuration.
Experience with Salesforce activity relationships and custom objects.
Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving requirements and deliver in a small team environment.
Upper-Intermediate and higher English.
Strong plus
Coding/Apex experience.
Experience with AI-generated summaries and extracting structured CRM data from calls/emails is highly desirable.
