About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong Python expertise to build and maintain stable, scalable automated test frameworks.
You will work closely with Agile development teams, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures and identify root causes, and continuously improve test reliability and overall product quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and maintaining automated BDD UI tests (Playwright).
Expanding API test coverage.
Writing schema validation and contract tests.
Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Working closely with manual QA Engineers, Developers, PMs, and DevOps Engineers.
Improving automation reliability and reducing flaky tests.
Must-Have Requirements
6-7+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with Python for test automation.
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable automated test frameworks.
Solid understanding of test automation best practices, test architecture, and QA processes.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze test failures and quickly identify root causes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
Strong focus on test stability, maintainability, and overall product quality.
English at a level (B2+) sufficient for daily communication with the team.
