Що робити

• Work with the PO to turn product priorities into a realistic delivery plan. Agree on each initiative’s goal, scope, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the backlog and prepare work for development. Help the team break initiatives into tasks, clarify requirements, and agree on what needs to be in place before work begins.
• Plan sprints and releases around actual team capacity, accounting for support duties, time off, technical work, and external commitments.
• When priorities or scope change, explain the impact on delivery dates and agree with the PO on what to add or defer. Keep the original plan as a baseline for comparing forecasts with outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across web, mobile, API, design, QA, analytics, and marketing teams. For each dependency, document the decision, owner, and deadline.
