Що робити
- Work with the PO to turn product priorities into a realistic delivery plan. Agree on each initiative’s goal, scope, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the backlog and prepare work for development. Help the team break initiatives into tasks, clarify requirements, and agree on what needs to be in place before work begins.
- Plan sprints and releases around actual team capacity, accounting for support duties, time off, technical work, and external commitments.
- When priorities or scope change, explain the impact on delivery dates and agree with the PO on what to add or defer. Keep the original plan as a baseline for comparing forecasts with outcomes.
- Coordinate dependencies across web, mobile, API, design, QA, analytics, and marketing teams. For each dependency, document the decision, owner, and deadline.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience working on B2C products and publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play.
- Experience working with analytics and marketing teams, along with an understanding of UX/UI and A/B testing principles.
- Examples, backed by data, of changes you introduced that reduced waiting time between stages or improved the accuracy of release forecasts.
