- Plan and coordinate the work of the development team
- Track task progress and deadlines, identify risks and blockers
- Manage the backlog, priorities, and task dependencies together with business stakeholders and the team
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, including planning sessions, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Communicate with business stakeholders about requirements, priorities, timelines, and implementation status
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong planning, prioritization, and task-tracking skills
- Ability to identify risks and dependencies and find ways to address them
